We already have some really cool events scheduled for 2013. You won't want to miss our second annual Tlaquepaque Pet-a-Walkie or the PetSmart National Adoption Events. Eric William's will be doing another benefit concert for us and you don't want to miss our fabulous spring auction. Check out our Calendar of Events.

Would you like to have your pet's photo in our Calendars? Here's what you need to know:
There are two calendars; a Dog Calendar and a Cat Calendar.
Photo Levels are:
Cover / Photo of the Month............$250
Memorial Photo.................................$50
Small Photo in month of choice.....$25
- Choice of Cover and Photo of the Month is decided by bids of $1 or more.
- Cover and Photo of the Month are professionally photographed!
- Spots for the Cat Calendar Cover and Photos of the Month have a few spots left.
- The Dog Cover and Photos of the Month are sold out, but Memorial photos and Small Photos for dogs are still available.

The family and shelter staff were grateful to all those who attended B Skielvig's Memorial gathering at Poco Diablo on January 12th. It meant a lot for all of us to have so many gather to honor an amazing woman.
Thank you also to Poco Diablo for providing the space free of charge and Mountain High Flowers for the gorgeous floral arrangements. |

We had 10 kids join us for Kids and Kritters Winter Camp the first week in January, and it was a lot of fun.
Everyone got a t-shirt and lots of hands-on dog, cat and bird interactions. The big finale was a "Puppy Roll!" The kids got to play and roll around with two adorable puppies.

Cat Socializers
 Love cats? Please consider joining our great group of volunteers who socialize cats and kittens. You name your schedule. For more info, contact Jacquie Randall, Volunteer Coordinator, or Deb Davies, PetSmart Coordinator. Jacquie is available Thursday through Sunday at 928-282-4679.
Dog Walkers

Volunteer Orientation
Our next Volunteer Orientation will be onFebruary 6th. It starts at 10:30. To be part of our volunteer program, please submit a Volunteer Application before attending. Orientations are held on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
Bereavement Session
 Bereavement Sessions are the second Wednesday of every month from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in the Education Room at the shelter. These confidential sessions are a way for people to share their stories and grief with those going through similar loss. Next session is February 13.
PetSmart National Adoption Weekend
The Humane Society of Sedona is participating in PetSmart National Adoption Weekend on February 22 to 24 at two locations.

Eric Williams Equinox Concert
Local favorite Eric Williams will be in concert at the Creative Life Center on Saturday, March 23rd at 7:00 p.m. Eric will be sharing proceeds with the Humane Society of Sedona. Mark your calendars!
Tlaquepaque Pet-a-Walkie
Our second annual Pet-a-Walkie will be held Saturday, April 6th. You won't want to miss this. Last year was so much fun. This year promises to be bigger than ever. It's not too early to start planning your costumes!
