If your team is looking for a tournament to kick off your Spring 2014 season, we invite your team to register today and join us for a great weekend of soccer in Indianapolis.  Historically, the weather in Indy in early April is high around 60 degrees with crisp morningsLovely weather for soccer players.

At time of writing we have over 215 teams registered, from 60 different clubs, eight states and Canada. Very strong competition including with at least 1 MRL level team for boys U11, U12, U13, U14, U15-U16, and U17-U18 Boys.  There are a couple divisions worth you taking a look at including:

U11 boys from 6 states and Canada

U13 boys two MRL teams and competition from 7 states and Canada

U14 boys Indiana MRL team and Wisconsin State Cup Semi-Finalist
U11 girls from 6 states

U13 girls from 5 states and Canada

Some of the fights will be strong enough to challenge most clubs' teams. Take a look at the teams thus far and in particular strong flights for the boys U11, U12, U13 and U14 divisions posted here:

Will you please register your teams today?

Indy Burn Cup is a great pre-season or early season tournament. Indy Burn Cup offers 3 Academy - Round Robin 6v6 games for U8-U9-U10 teams**, and 3 different skill levels of play for each age/sex U11-U19.  Please attend because your teams' tournament experience will be a fun one.

Why should your teams spend their weekend at the Indy Burn Cup on the beautiful fields of the Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park, and Northwestway Park, Indianapolis?

  1. Experienced operators.  For 18 years we've hosted the best Indiana pre-season fall tournament, Pike Fest, which attracts over 230 teams annually and the 230+ team Indy Burn Cup in April.
  2. Quality competition.  Indy Burn Cup offers multiple divisions per age group which ensures quality competition for all skill levels.
  3. Great Refs.  Indy Burn Cup utilizes only great referees, assigned by Indiana's best assignors Ray Sahm and Dave Howard.
  4. Indy Parks. Indy Burn Cup is held in 3 beautiful Indy Parks: the Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex; Eagle's Crest (both in Eagle Creek Park) and Northwestway Park.  The Parks are a couple blocks from I-465, I-65, and I-74 on the NW side of Indianapolis.
  5. Great facilities.  The Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex is one of the finest soccer facilities in central Indiana in one of the largest City owned parks in the country.
  6. Good priced hotels and shopping centers are 10 to 15 minutes from the fields.
  7. Indy Burn Cup is centrally located.  Indianapolis is less than 2 or 3 hours away from Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago, Dayton, Columbus, Grand Rapids, Milwaukee, and Champaign.  Many teams are from Michigan and Ohio.
  8. Team Manager friendly: check in anytime before first game including typical Friday night or at the HQ tent an hour before first game. Only one unique form: tournament roster.
  9. We schedule Friday night games for local teams only and only when necessary. Coming to town early?  Let us know if you prefer a Friday night game.
  10. Out of town teams: we've lined up good rates at close by hotels including several with pools for "team bonding experience."  Teams needed hotel rooms must use Visit Indy no cost booking service with liberal cancelation policy and a personal advisor to be certain the team is properly serviced.
  11. There is a shopping center just blocks from the hotels with movie theaters, ice cream shops, pizza and pasta and full menu restaurants, coffee shops, and a large sporting goods store (Dick's).
  12. Full concessions on site including food, drink, kettle corn, snow cones, Indy Burn Cup apparel (look for pre-order sale), both brand name and non brand name apparel, soccer gear. Customize your gear on site.
  13. Sports Performance Center trainers on site during games.
  14. ON SITE FREE PARKING, FREE ADMISSION.
  15. U11-U19 teams play to championship with trophy for each player and coach.
  16. Each U9-U10 player receives a trophy.
