The 3/1 class is for any referee who is not yet recertified or has not yet signed up for a clinic. So if you still have not yet signed up for a clinic please go to the web site below and select the 3/1 clinic. After March 2, the only way to recertify for 2014 will be as a late recert, and the fee for completing the late recert will be $110 and $220 depending on the date your complete the necessary requirements.
