Dear Coach & Manager;
Registration closes Sunday, March 10th at Midnight for the 3rd annual Indy Burn Cup, April 5-7 2013. If your team is still looking for a tournament to kick off your Spring 2013 season, we invite your team to register this week and join us for a great weekend of soccer in Indianapolis.
Indy Burn Cup is a great pre-season or early season tournament. Indy Burn Cup offers 3 Academy - Round Robin 6v6 games for U8-U9-U10 teams**, and 2 or 3 different skill levels of play for each age/sex U11-U19. Please attend because your teams' tournament experience will be fun and competitive.
Why should your teams spend their weekend at the Indy Burn Cup on the lush, green fields of the Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park, and Northwestway Park, Indianapolis?
- Experienced operators. For 18 years we've hosted Indiana's best pre-season fall tournament, Pike Fest, which attracts over 200 teams annually and the 200+ team Indy Burn Cup in April.
- Quality competition. Indy Burn Cup offers multiple divisions per age group which ensures quality competition for all skill levels.
- Great Refs. Indy Burn Cup utilizes only great referees, assigned by Indiana's best assignors Ray Sahm and Dave Howard.
- Park setting. Indy Burn Cup is held in 3 beautiful Indy Parks: the Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park; Eagle's Crest fields and Northwestway Park. The Parks are a couple blocks from I-465, I-65, and I-74 on the NW side of Indianapolis.
- Great facilities. Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex, Eagle Creek Park, is one of the finest soccer facilities in central Indiana.
- Discounted hotels and shopping centers are 10 to 15 minutes from the fields.
- Indy Burn Cup is centrally located as Indianapolis is less than 2 or 3 hours away from Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago, Dayton, Columbus, and Champaign. We often have many teams from Michigan and Missouri.
- Team Manager friendly: check in anytime before first game including typical Friday night or at the HQ tent an hour before first game. Only one unique form: tournament roster.
- We schedule Friday night games for local teams only and only when necessary. Let us know if you prefer a Friday night game.
- Out of town teams: we've lined up good rates at close by hotels including several with pools for "team bonding experience." Teams needing hotel rooms must use Indianapolis Visitors & Convention Association no cost booking service to assure availability and quality hotel.
- There is a shopping center just blocks from the hotels with movie theaters, ice cream shops, pizza and pasta and full menu restaurants, coffee shops, and a large sporting goods store (Dick's).
- Full concessions on site including food, drink, kettle corn, snow cones, Indy Burn Cup apparel (custom gear made on site per request), both brand name and non brand name apparel, soccer gear.
- Sports Performance Center trainers on site during games.
- ON SITE FREE PARKING, FREE ADMISSION.
