	Breaking Time-Sensitive News
The Manitoba Bill on Accessibility Rights is to be tabled on April 24, 2013. There is an open Invitation to attend the reception at Minister Jennifer Howard's office and witness the official tabling of the bill. You must RSVP by noon on April 22/13. For details, go to the Barrier Free MB website.

Employment Expo News

We are excited to announce that Registrations for the Ability Axis Employment Expo are now open!

Particularly if you plan to have an Exhibit Booth, you might want to Register early. Go to our Registration Page to submit your registration online or download the PDF. Exhibitors, be sure you get your registration in by September 20, 2013 to save $50.00!

Thanks to New Directions for Children, Youth, Adults and Families, who was the first Exhibitor to register for the 2013 Ability Axis Employment Expo! Don't forget that registrations are open for the 2013 Expo. You can register online this year.

Making A Difference - Dr Richard Pimentel is Coming to Winnipeg!

Richard Pimentel is a renowned consultant, keynote speaker, and professional trainer. He has the well-earned the reputation for being North America's premier speaker on disability and employment issues.

Ability Axis is pleased to announce that we will be holding a special event - Making a Difference - with Dr. Richard Pimentel on May 31, 2013. Registration is open for the full day or either the morning or afternoon sessions.

The first 50 people to register for the full day of Making a Difference will receive a free copy of the Music Within DVD - watch the trailer for Music Within.

Oct 23, 2013 - Ability Axis Employment Expo - Revolving around a vibrant career fair, the Ability Axis Employment Expo will be a celebration of employment and career opportunities for people with disabilities in our community. It will be a forum for connecting job seekers and employers, for highlighting achievement and innovation, for featuring and disseminating resources, and for encouraging ever greater workforce participation by Manitobans with disabilities.
