Meet Nickel City PC: the new EV tech team. We met with Patrick, Chris, Rob, and Sean this week and found out a lot about our neighbors.
EVA: What drew you guys to the Elmwood Village?
Patrick: I've seen article after article about the Buffalo resurgence and Elmwood is the vein of it all. We just jumped at the opportunity to be in the Village.
EVA: What's a service that you offer that really makes you stand out from other similar firms, like the Geek Squad?
Patrick: With Buff State so close, we offer a 20% student discount. Also, we try to do same-day phone fixes- no one likes giving up their phones overnight! A 2-hour turnaround on screen fixes is really great, and we have a really fast turnaround in general. We also do pick up and delivery on a case-by-case basis, which helps a lot of the elderly and can be a convenience for students.
