Christ Church Cranbrook Arms - No Banner

Christ Church Cranbrook is teaming up with Focus: HOPE for its HOPE Village Initiative , "Keep it 100!" Over the course of July 16, 17 & 18, volunteers from various civic and faith organizations will gather to transform blight into beauty.

The initiative is called "Keep It 100!" because this event will launch the HOPE Village neighborhood towards being 100% Clean, 100% Safe and 100% Beautiful. With the help of residents and volunteers, every vacant house will be boarded, every overgrown lot cut, all dumping and trash removed and beautiful art installed throughout the neighborhood. After the transformation, the newly revitalized community will become a model for sustainable community engagement, putting residents and local business owners at the forefront with partners to continue to build the neighborhood.

Christ Church Cranbrook is looking for at least 100 volunteers, age 18 and up, to support this initiative. If you can greet people, use a weed whip, pick up a shovel, use a lawn mower, or do one of hundreds of other tasks, Focus: HOPE needs you!  If you are interested in helping with the project, please go to the website - Keep It 100! and click the VOLUNTEER  tab to sign up. The descriptions of the various volunteer tasks are indicated on this website. Please make sure you check off the "I'm part of a team" box and enter Christ Church Cranbrook as the team name. You may also contact the Focus: HOPE Volunteer Department at 313.494.4270.

Thank you in advance for coming together to work side by side with the Focus: HOPE community.
