SYV Botanic Garden
It was a magical evening as we enjoyed the beauty of the Botanic Garden. What a gem we have right here in Buellton. The volunteers have more in store as they continue to enhance the Garden and they need your help.
Santa Ynez Botanic Garden invites you to help them meet their challenge grant. An anonymous donor awarded the garden with its first challenge grant of $7500.00. The Botanic Garden has until December 31, 2014 to come up with matching funds that will enable them to begin construction of a new equipment shed and covered propagation area. These structures will allow them to expand the educational programs for the community and provide safe storage for equipment and supplies.
Please help the SYV Botanic Garden meet this challenge by making a tax-deductible donation. Donors (private and/or business) will receive a proper "Thank You" in the local news papers and their name on a plaque, which will be attached to the propagation structure.

Monte's Auto Body
Monte's Auto Body would like to thank all who took part in choosing us as the Business of the Month. Monte's Auto Body has been serving Buellton since 1979. In 2005 Chris Pickles and Erasmo Angulo purchased the business from Monte Larsen. Monte had built his business on
honesty and integrity and we felt we needed to follow his lead. The town of Buellton and surrounding communities knew exactly where to take their vehicle when the unfortunate accident would
happen. With this we decided that it was best to keep the business growing under the same characteristics and have added a second location in Lompoc .
Monte's Auto Body is a full service auto collision repair facility. With the ever changing vehicle design we have dedicated ourselves to keep in front of our competitors. We continue our education through required vehicle manufacture classes and industry standard training. We currently hold the highest qualifications of Gold Class status through ICAR which is the leader in collision repair education.
Both Chris and Erasmo have young families that keep them busy when they are not working. Chris and his wife Angela have two daughters and enjoy camping out and boating to the local islands. Erasmo and his wife Melisa have three young boys that keep them on the run from sporting event to sporting event.
When the unfortunate accident happens or you have a minor ding in your vehicle be sure that Monte's Auto Body will take great care in bringing your vehicle back to its pre accident condition.

Living Christmas Trees for
Your Business
My Living Christmas Tree Co. would like to extend to you the opportunity to rent a Christmas Tree for your business this season. The trees are living and must be kept outside. My Living Christmas Tree Co. does all the work and you just need to decorate it.
The trees cost $110.00 and include delivery (December 1st-2nd)), Pick-up (January 6th-7th), and they maintain and water the tree during this time frame as well. It's a fun way to light up our town and get in the festive spirit.

December 17th
Join us at the Marriott for lunch as the Chamber installs board members for the coming year and bids farewell to those who will be stepping down. We'll also be announcing the recipient of the Vincent B. Evans Award. This prestigious award is given to a community member that exemplifies what Mr. Evans began with his dedication to the Buellton community. A Beautification Award will also be given to a business who has made significant improvements to the exterior of their business. Reservations can be made by calling the Chamber at 688-7829. Tim and Tami Domestic Short-hair Brown Tabby 7 months
Tim and Tami are a brother and sister pair who,at their young age, have already beat the odds. Found abandoned and sick, they were taken in by loving people and nursed back to health. Having been tested for numerous viruses, they came up positive for calicivirus, a respiratory infection.. As a result, through no fault of their own,their adoption options have been limited. Now the picture of health and bursting with personality, we're looking for a home where they would be the only cats. Come by and meet this amazing pair. Tim and Tami are microchipped and weigh 10lbs.
