Who's Meeting Who?
Storm Water Tip of the Month
Provided by the City of Buellton
If car washing is a central activity of your business, the most desirable option is to treat and recycle the wash water.  This "wash pad" should be bermed or protected from storm drains and should drain to an oil/water separator before discharging to the sewer.  For more information on the Storm Water Management Program, contact (805)697-1407 or email:  [email protected]
Other sources for information may be found at www.greenbizsbc.org for ideas & guidebooks tailored for specific types of businesses.

Buellton's First Mud Run
A Benefit for Alan Hancock College

Greetings!

Spring is a time we witness growth and new life all around us.  Trees are in bloom, the hills are covered in colorful flowers, and our Chamber is growing as well.  We have been so honored to welcome new members to our organization and feel privileged to have the opportunity to promote them. It is a good feeling when someone is looking for a recommendation for a service, product or specific business and we have just the right fit within our Chamber.  We would like to thank each and every one of you for choosing the Buellton Chamber and look forward to helping you grow.  We welcome your suggestions and input as to how we may do better.  Please don't hesitate to let us know.  688-7829 or [email protected] or [email protected]

April 10th Mixer
Barrelworks in the Firestone Walker Taproom 5-7pm
Buellton is aging to perfection and to add to that we would like to invite you to join us at the newest addition to Buellton Barrelworks, owned and operated by Adam Firestone and David Walker, will be our host for the April Mixer.  Please note the date is the second Wednesday, April 10th from 5-7pm.  Barrelworks is located inside the Firestone Walker Taproom as you enter the dining room to your right.  Barrelworks serves three compatible purposes-it fully segregates the wild beers from the main brewery in Paso Robles, it gives the barrels a true home instead of being jammed into every nook and cranny of the brewery outbuildings; and it serves as a tasting and educational center for fans of barrel-aged beers and wild ales.  Join us for networking and visiting with friends and come see this new addition to Buellton and our local brewing industry.
Remember, we are always looking for donations for our Raffle.  If you would like to promote your business and donate an item for our raffle, please contact the Chamber of Commerce.  688-7829

Featured Business of the Month
Radiance Tanning & Boutique

A BIG HELLO from Conrad and Vanessa Torres, the new owners of Radiance Tanning and Boutique.  We want to express our gratitude for selecting us as the Business of the Month.

We are local residents that have always wanted to open up a business of our own.  A place where community members could come to take some time for themselves, and when the opportunity arose to own a tanning salon and clothing boutique, we didn't hesitate to purchase it.

My wife and I have always loved tanning, shopping and more importantly, we enjoy helping people in any way we can and owning Radiance Tanning and Boutique was a perfect fit for us.

Our business not only allows customers to unwind and relax in the tanning beds, but also gives them the opportunity to buy a little something for themselves.   From candles, cards and jewelry, too bikinis, sandals and dresses, we always do our best to carry a variety of merchandise and apparel.  We even offer personalized airbrush tanning for those customers that are looking for the quickest tan possible.

Thank you again for selecting Radiance Tanning and Boutique as Business of the Month!  Vanessa and I are very grateful and hope we can continue to provide great service and a comfortable atmosphere for years to come.   If you haven't had the chance to see the new boutique, please feel free to stop on by and let us brighten up your day!  We are located at 225 McMurray Rd. Ste. C.

 Sincerely,

    Conrad & Vanessa

Double Stuff Domestic Short-hair Black/white 7yrs. F(S)

What is black and white and has more in the middle than usual? Why it is Double Stuff, our tuxedo cat. This 16 lb beauty is friendly, adjusts to new cats well and has impeccable manners. In her previous home she learned to stay on a towel at the end of the bed so her owners could sleep undisturbed. She also understood that the couch was strictly for 2-legged couch potatoes. Double Stuff enjoys meeting new people and is in our cattery waiting to meet you. You will find her lounging in her favorite spot. Come meet her today.
