We're swimming upstream with a NEW Frenchy's location
After three decades of operating successful seafood restaurants on Clearwater Beach, Frenchy's Corporate has acquired a fifth location about 10 miles north in Dunedin, FL. The new restaurant will take the place of the Island Outpost, located at 466 Causeway Blvd.
"This is an exciting time for all of us," said owner Michael "Frenchy" Preston. "I knew this was a good opportunity when it came about; great building, great location...we couldn't pass it up."...

Frenchy's featured in popular Southern Living cookbook
Former Southern Living editor and food critic Morgan Murphy stopped into Frenchy's Original Cafe on his journey through the south last summer, gathering recipes for the second edition of his popular cookbook and travel guide, Southern Living Off the Eaten Path: Second Helpings.
"Second Helpings" features about 150 new recipes from Morgan's most recent culinary adventure, a 12,000-mile, 16-state road trip that took him to cafes, bistros and bakeries from South Carolina to Texas, Florida to West Virginia.

Free movies every weekend on Clearwater Beach
 You can catch a free family-friendly flick every Friday and Saturday night at Pier 60's Sunset Cinema.
Movies are shown on the jumbo inflatable 50ft. screen and popcorn and beverages are available. This attraction is made possible through the support of the local beach businesses...so we hope you enjoy!
