An Invitation to Write
The Halfway Point.
Did you make resolutions for yourself for 2015? How are they coming so far? What resolutions would you like to make for the remainder of the year - or even just for this summer? Write a journal entry, poem, essay, or other piece stating your intentions.

A Heartfelt Message of Thanks to Our Dedicated Volunteers
With hours behind the scenes, our many volunteers step up repeatedly to support the work of Women Writing for (a) Change. We could not operate so successfully without these contributions of time and support, delivered with love and energy.
Our volunteers beautify and improve our building (care through cleaning, organizing, painting, plumbing, planting, etc); provide help with office work, mailings and article-writing; plan and host events, and even perform for our benefit!
To our volunteers, a very special THANK YOU. We are filled with gratitude for all that you do!

Great News! Our Free Book Club is Newly Formatted for Fall
The Book Group is back with a new format! We now offer themed series for each season beginning September 2015.
We've picked the next year's worth of books (the list is available here) to make it much easier for you to obtain and read the books in advance.
We will continue to use WWf(a)C practices in our free book group circles as we read, write about and discuss our selections.
The fall series will feature Feminist Classics and will be facilitated by Mary Pierce Brosmer, founder of WWf(a)C.
