Spotlight on: Jane Pugliano
Jane has been a core class participant at Women Writing for (a) Change since 2005 and a graduate of the 2013 Conscious Feminine Leadership Academy. She joined the WWf(a)C board in January 2013 as a way to give back to an organization that had delivered an enduring and enriching core community experience for many years. Jane is a true believer in circle practices beginning with the first time she sat in a Brownie circle. She is passionate about bringing the Women Writing for (a) Change practices she loves to any area of her life that might benefit, including her workplace at NetCrafters, a local web design and development agency. She finds the powerful listening and read-back practices utilized at Women Writing for (a) Change to be especially helpful when interacting with both customers and co-workers.
Mark your calendars and plan to join us for our WWf(a)C V-Day Reprise on March 14th. Doors will open at 6:30, readings will begin at 7:00.
Five inches of snowfall caused a good bit of interference with our plans for a packed house on February 14th for V-Day.
Be sure to take advantage of this second chance to support the YWCA BatteredWomen's Shelter.
Let's fill the building and help bring an end to violence against women!
Please Register here.

Summer Writing Retreat for Women
Join Women Writing for (a) Change facilitators Katherine Meyer and Diane Debevec for a spacious week of writing, rest and renewal in lovely Glendale, Ohio. Our week will follow a pattern of structured and free time, alone and together, with mornings for individual writing, afternoons for small groups and evenings for large group activities and readings.
We will allow ample space for writing, walking, art-making, dreaming, resting. This is an opportunity to go deep with a project, or to start something you've been imagining anew.
