Prompt4New Feature!

Here's this issue's writing prompt to help you get the ink flowing.

"Try your hand at a list poem...Make a list of everything in your purse, wallet, or top drawer of your dresser or desk.  What do the contents tell you about yourself?   See if you can craft this into a poem."

Salon
 FRIDAY NIGHT SALON

July 5, 2013
Potluck at 6:30pm
Discussion begins at 7:00pm

Held every first and third Friday of the month, Salons offer lively discussion, good food, and interesting activities.  Salons are a great way to meet new people, share ideas, and learn new information. Suggested donation is $5 to help us continue these insightful evenings, but no one is turned away.

Bring something for the potluck--enough for yourself and a little extra for another.  We'll have time to socialize.  This is a warm, relaxed gathering of like-minded people held in partnership with Women's Way of OH/KY.
