MEMBERS NEWS
Annual Members' Meeting is Monday, June 27 at 4:30pm.
Carol Knox, Gloria Warren, Kathy Taylor, Mary Carroll, Mary Nickerson, Peter Daley, Ruth Leech and Sigrid Hecker are exhbiting their art work at the Maser Gallery at FCTV from July 1 thru July 29. A reception will be held on Sunday July 10 from 3pm to 5pm.
Susan Sigel's painting Red and Green was juried into the National For Pastels Only Exhibition. The exhibit is at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod from June 14 to July 10.
Carla Hutker is guest artist at the East Falmouth Library where her radiant still lifes are on display for the months of June and July.
The Upper Cape Camera Club has awarded their Photo of the Year: Dancing Shrooms by Nadine Krasnow. Selections were by judge Bob Singer. One hundred seventy four images were in contention, consisting of images entered into competitions during the 2015-2016 season and that had been awarded a first, second or third place, or Honorable Mention during those competitions. The following Falmouth Art Center members received honorable mention recognition: Henry Ricci, Kathy Coggeshall, Jen Kano, Richard Hale, Barbara Hecker, Carol Ann Knox, Molly Johnston, Phil Richardson, Claudine Reilly, Ann Worthington, Sarah Strong, Walter Knox, and David Garrison.
Valerie Belcher's painting Shop the Bazaar was juired into the Cape Cod Art Association National Show, which runs July and August.
Betty Jameson is currently exhibiting at Dillingham Place, next door to the Falmouth Art Center.
Toni Newhall have been juried into the 2016 Biennial Members Exhibition at Fuller Craft Museum. The exhibition runs from June 26 thru September 18.
