Industry Analysts, Inc. published its annual "MFP Service Manager Study" rating Konica Minolta first in 21 of 39 performance categories. Interviewing 107 dealer service managers in imaging system dealerships nationwide, the study found that Konica Minolta's award-winning line of bizhub® Monochrome Multifunctional Products (MFPs - print, copy, fax, and scan all in one system) received the highest ranking in the study's four primary categories - Products, Service Support, Product Reliability and Inventory. 

This is Konica Minolta's third consecutive year winning Buyers Laboratory LLC's (BLI) most coveted award A3/Ledger MFP "Line of the Year".  Their award-winning line of bizhub® Color and Monochrome Multifunctional Products (MFPs - print, copy, fax, and scan all in one system) also earned three additional "Pick" awards for the bizhub C364, C454 and C554 A3 Color MFPs.
