Davis Dads Install Engraved Bricks
Brick-a-Jack Supports Outdoor Improvements
Thank you to the volunteers that donated their time and efforts last Saturday to install our first round of engraved bricks. Also, thank you to the families, classrooms, and PTA Pals that purchased bricks this past spring; proceeds support outdoor improvements at Nickajack.
Davis Dads, previously known as our F.B.I. (Fathers Being Involved), are comprised of male role models, including Dads, uncles, brothers, and grand dads, that volunteer at Nickajack. Jason Davis was a very involved father and parent with the F.B.I. and PTA for several years, and the re-naming of the FBI is in his honor and memory.
Be sure to check out the bricks when you attend Sneak-a-Peek. The Brick-a-Jack campaign will be back in full swing this fall, look for additional details coming soon so that you can support this campaign as well as be a permanent part of Nickajack!

After School Enrichment Programs
We have, once again, a large selection of after school enrichment clubs and classes to be offered to Nickajack students this year. Please check our NES PTA web site frequently as we will be adding information for ASEP as they are finalized, and upcoming newsletters will also feature the programs. We have gone green, so no need to wait for flyers to come home.
