New - Nickajack Bike Rack
Tired of the car rider line?
Is the bus taking forever? How about biking to school? Nickajack now has a bike rack located at the front of the school just waiting for some company. Not only can you cut down on your carbon footprint you can also start the day off with a little exercise. The bike rack, generously purchased through an American Heart Association grant, holds 10 bicycles. Not only have students been using it but a few faculty members, including Mr. Homansky, have been seen rolling in to school on two wheels.
As the year progresses our goal is to start a bike club and continue to add more bike racks. Should you have any questions or have interest in helping get the bike club off the ground please contact eric.homansky@cobbk12.org. |
