How to Train Your Brain For Fitness Resolution Success 

   How many times have you made a New Year's fitness resolution and fell short of your goal? If you are like 97% of the people who make those resolutions, you've had your struggles. How about trying something different this year - something that works for a change?
   The first step is to get your head in the right place. Start by asking yourself why you even want this goal. Write down at least 3 reasons and post them somewhere you can see them every day.
  
   The second step is to create a plan to
get back on track when you get off. We all stumble and fall, but few people devise a specific plan about getting back up.
   Using that plan to get back on track (quickly to keep the momentum) and reminding yourself why you started in the first place will more than double your chances of achieving your goal.
   If you start working on both of these suggestions now, you will have adequate time to prepare and your mind will be ready for success!
