The Basil Tree Family

Family working together is nothing new for Basil Tree, but legacies don't happen often. Bridget was a member of Basil Tree from the late 80s to the early 90s. Now, almost 30 years later, her daughter Kerry has joined the team!
Green Bean, Tomato
& Sweet Corn Salad

1 pound                   Green Beans
1 1/2 cups                Sweet Corn Kernels
1 pound                   Plum Tomatoes
1/4 cup                    Olive Oil
2 cloves                   Garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons           Fresh Basil (chopped)
to taste                    salt & pepper

Blanch green beans and cut in half. Dice tomatoes. Whisk together oil, garlic and basil. In large bowl, toss oil mixture with beans, corn and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Keep chilled until ready to eat.
