From produce to meats, our ingredients are local & sustainable whenever possible. These include El Recreo Coffee, Nellie's Eggs, Curtis Street Gluten-Free Bakery, Carlson Orchards,Superior Nut Company, Mayflower Poultry, Katsiroubas Produce, Blue Sky Produce & many more.

We offer our Basil Bins to collect your used platters, lids & serving utensils which we will pick up the next day and sterilize for reuse.

We are members of Cambridge Local First, Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts & graduates of the Sustainable Business Leaders Program.

We recycle and compost over 80% of all our waste through Save That Stuff.

10% of profits are donated back into the community through charities focused on environmental and local issues.
