Xavier - Kitchen and Delivery: Had no trouble making friends at BT as his easy smile and laughter won us all over quickly.

Joaquina (Jo) - Sandwich maker: Recently moved to the U.S. from Cape Verde and is quickly mastering the English language.

Jailene - Kitchen and Delivery: After suffering an injury to her arm, she surprised and impressed us all by becoming a one-armed wonder whilst she waited out her time in a cast.

Alex - Café Lead: Delights his customers with his sparkling personality by day and moonlights as a ballet and modern dancer.

Emma - Kitchen and Delivery: Is excited to gain some new kitchen skills to take home and use in her own cooking.

Paige - Kitchen Operations Coordinator: As a recent graduate of BU for her Masters in gastronomy, she offers some excellent scientific insight on what we cook and eat.
