Staff Changes!

Jen
has made the jump from kitchen to office! She has been helping Josh with orders and marketing. Don't worry, we still let her in the kitchen every once in a while. 

Mark is a delivery driver and prep cook. He is a recent graduate from Le Cordon Bleu cooking school.

Kevin is a delivery driver and cook who brings many years of kitchen experience with him to the Basil Tree. 

Marcus will be doing deliveries as well as helping out in the sandwich kitchen.

Keith is a delivery driver and prep cook. He is currently going to school in Bunker Hill and loves to be in the kitchen.

Beshir is our new dishwasher. He is adding to our growing list of countries of origin, hailing all the way from Eritrea.    

We are so thrilled to have them all working at Basil Tree Catering & Cafe!

Our new menu is out 

and we think it looks pretty snazzy!  A great many of you helped us out by responding to our survey, and now we can show you the fruits of your labor. We have a number of new items and improvements that we hope you'll love. Be on the lookout for it soon!

Trust me when I say that it was no great chore to try out each and every one of these recipes multiple times to make sure we got everything just right. Try them out and let us know what you think!

Special Diet News: You spoke and we heard. We're adding more gluten-free, vegan and vegan gluten-free items, and improving our current items to be even better than before! Be sure to look for the special symbols next to our menu items to know which is fit for your special diet!

5th Annual Boston Local Food Festival

It is the premier event for restaurants and food producers promoting local food and eaters seeking to support them.
