All of our papergoods are earth-friendly & compostable. They are provided by World Centric, a socially responsible company that provides zero waste solutions to reduce environmental impact, and Hoffmaster, who supply our tree-free napkins.

From produce to meats, our ingredients are local & sustainable whenever possible. These include El Recreo Coffee, Nellie's Eggs, Stonyfield Yogurt, Carlson Orchards, Katsiroubas Produce, Liuzzi Cheese, Original Gourmet Creations & many more.

We offer our Basil Bin to collect 

your used platters, lids & serving utensils which we will pick up the next day and sterilize for reuse.

Our cooking oil is turned into Biofuel.

Members of Cambridge Local First, Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts & graduates of the Sustainable Business Leaders Program.

We recycle and compost over 80% 

of all our waste through Save That Stuff.

10% of profits are donated back into

 the community through charities focused on environmental and local issues.
