From produce to meats, our ingredients are local & sustainable whenever possible

We use local vendors with similar 

values such as Equal Exchange, Paul W. Marks, Nellie's Eggs, Stonyfield Yogurt, Carlson Orchards, Katsiroubas, Crown Uniform & Linen, Recycled Paper Printing & many more.

Deliveries are combined to save on gas

You can request a Basil Bin to collect 

your used platters, lids & serving utensils 

that we pick up and sterilize for reuse

Our cooking oil is turned into Biofuel

We recycle and compost over 75%
