Pie in the Sky logo

It's Pie Time!

Your Thanksgiving Pie Can

Make A Difference.

This Thanksgiving buy a pie that will make a difference in the life of someone too ill to shop or cook for themselves.  Your purchase of one pie will provide an entire week's worth of nutritious, home-delivered meals for a Community Servings' client.

Here's how Basil Tree participates:

For the past fifteen years, our staff, along with friends and family, volunteer to bake pies ...and this year we'll be making 180!  We're the largest donor of pies that are homemade from the crust to the filling- and proud of it!  This year we're excited to also be selling pies!

Here's how you can participate:

It's easy!  Order a pie for yourself, friends, family and/or a Community Serving's client and pick it up at one of the many convenient locations offered.  $25 for a pie, they're tax deductible and 100% of the cost goes to feeding an ill neighbor for a whole week.  Although we can't guarantee you'll get a Basil Tree pie, we can be sure it will come from a fantastic place.  Just take a look at some of the other pie bakers this year:  Aquitane, Blue Ginger, The Capital Grille, Chez Henri, Finale, Flour Bakery & Café, Harvard University, Harvest, Mistral, Market, Rialto, Russel Orchards, UpStairs on The Square among others!
