Congratulations to Desiree P. who reviewed us on Yelp and won a free lunch for 10!

Dear Friends,

25 years and counting- I can't believe it!  As some of you already know Basil Tree started as a small company with just Irene (currently kitchen manager), Carlos (currently chef) and me.   It is fun to think about the old days when the three of us would cook all day and then I would get in my car and make the deliveries. Now we have 5 vans and 21 employees and are thrilled to be where we are today!

I personally want to thank all of our customers over the years for being so loyal, supportive and enthusiastic. It is such a pleasure to get so many calls and emails telling us how you enjoy our food, staff and services. That always makes our day. Of course, criticism and suggestions are appreciated too because it helps us improve and serve you better.

Just as Basil Tree turned 25 we made the leap and moved from our home in Somerville. We are excited about our new space at 10 Fawcett Street in Cambridge. We now have a café as well as catering kitchen and offices in the new location. The café is open Monday-Friday 10 AM to 2 PM. Please come in and say hi, we would love to see you.

Sending you a big hug and warm thanks for 25 great years from all of us at Basil Tree Catering & Cafe!

Best wishes,

Val
