The holiday season is in full swing, and my kitchen has already kicked into high gear with lots of baking going on.  Baking can be fun family time; I love to include the little ones in the baking process. With so many different recipes, sometimes it can be hard to choose which recipe you want to feature.  I suggest asking yourself a few simple questions before you head to the store for your shopping list of goodies. 

Ask yourself:

* How much time do I have to spend?

* How involved do I want my recipes?

* What are my family favorites?

* What ingredients do I need?

* Do I need a special baking dish or tool?

Once you have decided what to bake, then it's time for a shopping list.  Make make a detailed list of what you need so you don't have to venture back to the store.
