Campaign for Working Families Best Tax Season Ever!

CWF is the #1 Free Tax Program in PA!

UAC Program Partner, Campaign for Working Families (CWF) announced this week that it filed a record breaking 14,147 tax returns this tax season which totaled more than $24 Million in client refunds! With 460 IRS-certified volunteers, CWF provided more than 13,819 hours of free tax services to hard working families across Philadelphia. This year's success brings our 11 year total to $211 million in tax refunds for CWF clients!

The Center City Super Site at UAC tops the list of most returns completed with 3,042 tax returns!

CWF operated 12 community-based tax sites offering e-file, direct deposit, savings bonds, and other financial services.  Services are free to participants which means they save hundreds of dollars in tax preparation fees.
