In this edition of  The Brooker Bulletin, we're showcasing the members of our Commercial/
Business Insurance Department. 
Our commercial/business insurance department is staffed with some of the finest, most-talented insurance professionals in the industry.  Our hard working commercial lines team is committed to helping our business and commercial customers protect their enterprises from the risks and potential threats encountered by their businesses each and every day.  Knowledgeable, dedicated, and thorough are just a few of the words that describe the outstanding members of our team.  Here's a brief introduction to the members of our Commercial Lines Department:

Mal Brooker, Jr. - President
The grandson of our founder, Mal has amassed nearly 30 years of insurance experience, having learned the intricacies of the insurance business from the ground up under the tutelage of his father and grandfather.  In the years since Mal assumed the position of President, the agency has experienced tremendous growth.  Mal's business acumen and his steadfast dedication to the agency's philosophy of providing excellent customer care are some of the reasons many of our customers have remained with our agency for many years.

Cheryl Bruyere - Commercial Account Executive  Cheryl is an extremely talented insurance executive who has been helping her customers protect their business interests for more than 25 years.   Cheryl's customers have come to rely on her expertise and experience to ensure that their businesses are matched with the best available insurance protections and coverages.  Cheryl's high energy and winning personality are just a few of the reasons her customers enjoy working with her and have remained customers of hers for many years.

Patty Roddy - Commercial Account Executive
Patty works closely with her customers to know and   understand their business.  She is skilled in tailoring insurance packages to include the necessary coverages to provide protection from loss that could threaten the livelihood of the business. Patty believes in developing strong partnerships with her customers, and works diligently on their behalf.  Patty takes great pride in delivering top-notch customer care.

Torri Barth - Commercial Marketing Manager
Torri is a recent addition to the Commercial Lines   Department, but by no means is she a newcomer to the commercial insurance business.  Torri has more than 13 years of experience in commercial insurance.  As Brooker Insurance's Commercial Marketing Manager, Torri is responsible for marketing our commercial lines for new business and at renewals for existing customers.   Torri has been working closely with Shari Alexander for the past few months to ensure a smooth transition upon Shari's retirement in April (see article below).

Connie McGinnis - Commercial Account Manager
Connie's customers will agree that when you want   something done and done right, Connie is the person to call.  Connie has all of the qualities that you'd hope to find in a customer service professional - experienced, thorough, organized, responsive and friendly.  Connie works very hard to ensure that her customers needs are met promptly and efficiently.  

Evelyn Grau - Commercial Account Manager
Evelyn is one of the hardest working customer service professionals you'll ever encounter.  Evelyn's dedication to providing excellent service to her commercial customers is second to none.  Proficient, responsive, diligent and friendly...are just a few of the ways to describe Evelyn.  She is always ready to assist her customers with their questions, concerns and requests.

Melissa Stofey - Small Business Specialist
Melissa works closely with our small business customers and strives to provide excellent service.  Melissa is always willing to go the extra mile for the benefit of her customers. Her enthusiasm and outgoing personality, and her diligence and persistence are just a few of the reasons why Melissa is such a great asset to our agency and to her customers.
