At Brooker Insurance Agency, we take great pride in our dedicated staff.  Several of our staff members have been with our agency for many years...did you know that we have 5 employees with more than 20 years of service each, and another 5 employees with more than 10 years of service?   It's a testament to their dedication to serving our customers and providing the best possible customer care.

In the past few months, we've also added a few new faces to our staff.   In this edition of  The Brooker Bulletin, we thought it might be helpful to showcase the members of our Personal Lines Department - the folks who assist you with your auto, homeowners, and life insurance policies.   Many of you know their voices on the phone but may not have met them in person.  This group of dedicated professionals is committed to providing quality service and personal attention to address all your insurance needs.

Lisa Oblak - Personal Lines Account Executive
Lisa is responsible for quoting and writing new policies and is one of the most experienced and talented agents in the business.   Lisa has been with Brooker Insurance for more than 17 years, and she is exceptionally skilled at helping her customers find the right insurance programs to satisfy their individual needs.   Lisa's professionalism and dedication to her customers is unmatched. 

Kim Goe - Lead Account Manager
Kim G.  is responsible for managing the account service team as well as providing customer service for policy holders with last names beginning with A-E, H-L and W.  Kim's cheerful personality, vast knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile is why her customers love working with her.  Can you believe Kim has been with our agency for more than 28 years?

Lisa Marie Holden - Account Manager
Michelle Lambrix - Account Manager
Michelle joined our staff in 2013 and brings a wealth of experience to the position.  Michelle provides overflow assistance in the servicing of all personal lines policies.  Her friendly personality and dedication to finding solutions for her customer's questions and concerns is why Michelle is a welcomed and valuable addition to our Personal Lines team.

Kim Panik - Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Kim has been with our agency since 2012 and serves as our telephone and front desk greeter.  Kim will cheerfully direct you to the appropriate staff member when you call in or stop by our offices.  Kim is also responsible for performing many of the administrative tasks for the Personal Lines department, and works hard to keep our offices running smoothly.
