Introducing...the inaugural edition of the Brooker Financial Bulletin, a monthly mortgage newsletter produced specifically for busy realtors like you!

Let us briefly explain why this monthly newsletter will be worth just a few minutes of your time each month.

Realtors have plenty to do...we know the job is more often than not a 24/7 commitment.  So keeping abreast of the latest changes and guidelines in the mortgage industry can be difficult, if not impossible.

Brooker Financial Corp. wants to arm you with the knowledge you need to sell more homes!  We want to keep you "in the know" with regard to your client's mortgage requirements.  Our intention is to make this newsletter a Realtor's primary mortgage resource.

We are not looking to sell you on anything.  Rather, we want to share information that is educational and informative in nature.  Our goal is to educate you so you can better serve your clients and ultimately sell more homes!   Obviously, we would love an opportunity to work with your customers, but our newsletter's primary focus is your education and understanding of the mortgage process.

Each month, we'll provide a useful and timely topic from within the mortgage world...topics that may be lesser-known and unique aspects of our industry, of which you may not be aware, but which may help you close the deal!
