Please make sure we have your current physical mailing address on file. We will be mailing hard copies of your W-2 forms to the address we have for you. If you've moved, mailing to your old address could mean delays in filing and delays in getting any refunds you have coming.

Heidi Pucci recently joined the accounting staff in our Sonoma office. In addition to her regular payroll duties, we brought her on board to help us maintain compliance with the new mandates flowing from the Affordable Care Act as well as new State mandates regarding sick time.

Heidi is a Montana native who found her way to Sonoma county. Her professional background includes experience in the legal world that will certainly help as the new reporting and other compliance matters work their way into our payroll system.
