BOLT Represented at Staffing Law Conference in
Washington, DC

 BOLT's Washington representative, Calvin Sanders (Joanne and Morgan's son who attends George Washington University in DC), attended last month's American Staffing Association's (ASA) Staffing Law Conference. He arrived early and was rewarded by sharing 15 minutes with fellow early arrival, Karl Rove, the famous "Architect", renowned for his political savvy. Rove was on hand to wind up the conference with his insights regarding the business outlook during the 114th Congress. Of course he also offered his thoughts on next year's presidential race.
After sitting through presentations on topics like the Affordable Care Act, EEO Record Keeping, Workplace Privacy, and OSHA's Temporary Worker Initiative, the good news as far as compliance with Federal laws and regulations is BOLT is ahead of things and compliant with the latest regulatory topics.
The fact that we are ahead of the law is a tribute to the value of membership in ASA. Their advocacy and relationships in governement translates to timely information that helps us and our clients remain on the right side of legal matters.

If you're already registered, update us with your current contact information and availability by using this form. You can also call either of the numbers below between 7 AM and 6 PM. Students love working for BOLT during the summer because they are able to set their own schedule. Our summer assignments allow them to earn cash while still leaving time for family vacations and other recreation students need after putting in a long school year. Most of our summer jobs are special events or entry level winery production work. |
