BOLT Website Gets National Recognition
One pleasant surprise coming from the conference is BOLT's winning the Best in Class award for excellence in our website's power to communicate.

He's been busily learning the ropes under the eagle eye of our new Accounting Supervisor, Celia McArdle. As Dustin picks up the reins of the day to day payroll duties, in addition to supervising him, Celia will take on new healthcare administration challenges and responsibilities. Congratulations to both Celia and Dustin, and thanks for keeping our paychecks accurate and on time! Celia has been helping to keep BOLT's accounting house in order since 2001. It's a pleasure to see her grow right along with the company!
If you listen to the news media you know the ACA's employer mandate has been delayed till 2015. However, parts of the Act are in effect now. One critical provision applies to people without insurance. If you do not have health insurance or your insurance does not meet the standards of the law, you will face additional charges on your taxes next spring. The details are here. Briefly, for a family the charge will be $285 or 1% of your income. Budget now because your next year's tax refund may be much less than you think!
