Automated Calls to Keep You Informed
Recently you might have received a recorded call from us about a job opening or an event we wanted you to know about. We've been using an automated call system that allows us to let you know about jobs almost as quickly as we receive an order from a client.

We're excited to tell you about a very efficient way to keep you informed about jobs and other items we think are important for you. This year we plan to expand the way we use the system. When you get a message from us you can trust that we personally selected your name. In the case of a job opportunity the call to you comes only after we've personally matched you to the job qualifications.

In the future we may use the system for notifying you of missing or late time cards. In these days of multiple modes of communication we're committed to applying every means to keep in touch with you whether by phone, email, or text messaging (see sidebar article).

Here's how the automated calling system works in the case of a job opening. Once we get a job order from a client, we go to our database of active jobseekers to see who is qualified to fill it. We very quickly have a list of phone numbers to send to the call system. Next we record the message that you will hear and click "go". The message will include job details like location, pay, etc.  Within minutes everyone on the list has either heard the message or has it in their voice-mail.

This allows us to quickly reach all qualified candidates and insures everyone knows about it in near real time. From the feedback we've gotten so far, everyone appreciates the calls and especially being able to respond when it's convenient for them.

To make sure this works for you there are some obvious points to keep in mind. If we don't have your current phone number, you won't get a call. Similarly if we don't have up-to-date information on your skills, training, and education you're going to miss being identified in our database search. Be sure to always keep us current with this critical information.

BOLT Staffing is committed to providing you the most effective means of keeping you working in 2014!

Be Sure You Get Your W-2
Prefer a Text Message?
Our call system allows for text messaging as well as voice mails.
If you'd rather hear about jobs and other information via text, we'll need to know your cell phone carrier name, (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) in addition to your current cell phone number.
If you'd like to receive text versions of the automated calls, click here and send us the name of your carrier along with your cell number and be sure to tell us you want to receive texts instead of voice messages.
Tax Time: Did You Move in 2013?

It's time to think about taxes. We will be preparing and sending W-2 forms by the end of this month. If you changed your address in 2013 be sure we know about it.
If you have any doubt the address we have on file for you, click here and let us know where to send your W-2.
