How To Apply For A Job At BOLT Staffing
- by Joanne Sanders, Founder and President

As you probably know, we are a locally owned and operated employment agency. Real people working hard every day to help other real people earn a living. Every job order we advertise is a real position, not a random ad to generate applicants.  We fill positions such as those you see here with people who are registered with us and have the qualifications our clients are seeking.  There is no cost to the job applicant and all inquiries are kept confidential. Our fees are paid by the companies we work for.  There are a few ways you can apply for a position.
1.    Apply on-line - your application will be viewed the next business day by one of our recruiters.  I suggest you make a follow up call or e-mail to be sure we have it.
2.    Send your resume - or snail mail is still an option. Takes a little longer, but it will stand out.  If you email, I recommend you attach your resume as MS Word (*.doc or *.docx) format.
3.    Fax your resume (see number below) - we have a fax machine in each office. We don't get many faxes so yours is likely to stand out.
4.    Call us for more information (again see below) - if you want more information about a position so you can customize your resume, call the office.  Just about anyone who answers the phone is trained to know about the jobs we have open.  We can help determine whether you are qualified for the job and how you can make your resume catch the eye of the hiring manager.
