The New Year is a good time to take stock.  Have you picked up some new skills in the last year? Do you have a higher proficiency with software than you did when you originally registered with us? Does your resume reflect your new skills. Are you qualified for a higher level position than when you first talked with us?
If you learned any new skills that can earn you more money, we need to know about it so we can up date our records and market you to clients looking for your skill set.

Upgrading your skills is the key to upgrading your lifestyle. Nothing beats paid experience, but classwork is important too. If you've learned some new stuff on the job or in a classroom, be sure to let us know. We'll review your updated resume along with what you tell us. In some cases we might have you take a test.  You can take a look here and then click on "Tests Available" at the top of the page to see the list of software tests available.

Let the list jog your memory and be sure that we are up-to-date with all your current proficiencies. Thanks to technology you can do nearly everything you need to right in the comfort of your home, from revising your resume to taking tests.

What's Direct Hire?
There are situations when a client wants to bring a candidate directly on to their payroll, rather than employ them as a temp. Perhaps they've had trouble finding the candidate they are looking for. Maybe they don't have the resources to devote to recruiting and interviewing. Maybe the person they are looking for isn't even thinking of changing jobs.

For example, a company may need a production supervisor. Most qualified candidates for such a position will probably already be working, and the best candidate hasn't given a thought to looking for another job.
