Catering Season is Here!
If you have experience in event catering or fine dining service we need to talk! This year looks promising and we have already been supplying staff for local venues and catering companies. While dress specifications may vary event to event, far and away the most common requirement is bistro attire.
Working events is a great way to earn extra cash, and an opportunity to work in some of the most beautiful places on earth. Every event is a very big deal to our clients and their guests. We want everyone to be successful, our clients, theirs' and especially you, our employees.
To help, we've developed standards to help you as you get ready for events. Keep in mind they are general, and individual events might vary in specific details. However, most parties will demand your following them as they are. Because we show these to our clients, you must not only know them, you must follow them too. Please check them out here.
So what is bistro attire? See Item #2 in the guidelines for a detailed description. The photos above give you a general idea, but be sure to use the specific instructions combined with the guidelines to help make sure you're invited to work again.
