We match people with job orders.  Usually the orders specify skill sets that we search for in our database. If your skills match the order you're likely to get a call. However, what happens if you registered a while ago, and since then you might have mastered a new facet of Excel, or you've learned mail merge in Word?  Maybe you took an assignment that's expanded your areas of expertise taking your job skills and experience beyond the job title you told us about when you registered with us.  Have you moved? Do we have an current email, cell phone number, etc.?  If we don't have current information about you, you might well miss an opportunity.  Ideally you'll have an up-to-date resume, if it's different from the one we have on file, send us the new one.  If you need to update your resume, contact information or skills send us an email at recruiter@boltstaffing.com.
