Putting People to Work: Camilla Matthews has been handling our phones and greeting visitors at our front desk for a few months now. You'll find her there Mon.-Thurs, 8:30 to 5:00. Had a good Interview? Don't take a bath!
Remember, we are hired by our clients to place you in their company. Often there's a temptation to step outside the bounds of our relationships, and that can cause trouble. When you are on an assignment for BOLT, we pay you to work for us in our client's business. The client pays us to find and place you. Because we have the relationship with the client we may be able to get them to stretch if they really like you. However if you decide to discuss things with the client that are outside of your role you are inviting rejection. If you have any questions about pay, hours, or anything else that doesn't speak to why the client would want you to work for them, don't ask the client. After the interview call us instead. Especially if you think you might be able to negotiate better terms, call your recruiter and let us carry the water for you. Don't take the chance of getting all wet!
