PressEnter!

We are excited to announce that PressEnter! will once again sponsor our Facebook "Like" promotion. Help us raise money all through April by giving our Facebook page a "Like." For each new "Like" PressEnter! will donate $1 to us. We are so thankful to PressEnter! for sponsoring this fundraiser for the third year in a row.
story4Citizen Review Panel
United Way St. Croix Valley will be holding a Citizen Review Panel meeting on Wednesday, April 9. Seven community members will review selected nonprofit agencies in the Health and Independence category and their funding recommendations will then go to the United Way Board of Directors. Citizen Review Panels help guide the United Way Board when grant-making decisions are made in May.

The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is in need of people interested in volunteering with the Red Kettle campaign on an administrative level. Tasks may include making phone calls to solicit bell ringers, scheduling bell ringers and picking up kettles. Contact Duana Bremer or Angela Moulton at 715-485-1221 for more information.

American Red Cross of Western Wisconsin

In the first six weeks of this year, weather canceled a total of nearly 1,500 Red Cross blood drives in 34 states, resulting in about 50,000 uncollected blood and platelet donations. Help make up for the loss at River Falls Area Hospital Wednesday, June 4th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

See you next month!
