 Summer Cool Down? Greetings!
Congratulations, Friends ... we are in the home stretch of this very sweltering summer. While the daytime is still icky hot, evenings are starting to cool down. So, come out, come out, wherever you are and let the cool breeze blow you our way. Our culinary team has been getting all kinds of creative and have added delicious daily specials to the menu to liven things up. Our delicious three-cheese mac'n'cheese has been a huge crowd hit. Sweet and tangy pulled pork also received many YUMS of approval. So bring your hungry self on in here and let us fill up your insides while the easing weather soothes you outside. It's a great time of year to live in Orlando! Oh, also HEADS UP, B3 regulars - Our dining room is closed on Friday Sept 19 for a private party at 7:00 PM. But don't worry, we're open for take out orders and dining on the front patio.

September Beers: It's Good Because It's Vintage (Obviously)
This month B3 is featuring 2009 Fuller's Vintage Ale. a truly distinguished bottle-conditioned ale, crafted by Fuller's Head Brewer, John Keeling. Each vintage is a blend of that year's finest malt and hops and their unique yeast, creating a unique limited edition brew. Bottle conditioning means that a little yeast is left in the bottle after bottling, which will mature slowly over time like a fine wine or whisky - which means well beyond the 'best before' date that we are obliged to state (we think it should read "best after!").
Brew Fact: Operating from the historic Griffin Brewery site in Chiswick since 1845, Fuller's is an independent family brewer and premium pub company with brands including the award winning London Pride and ESB.

Wine: The Rain in Spain
A thrilling race, The Tour of Spain, also known as the Vuelta a Espana, is on this month, weaving competitors through a changing route for three weeks across the gorgeous landscapes of Spain. The inaugural event (1935) saw 50 entrants face a 3,411 km (2,119 mi.) course over only 14 stages, averaging over 240km (149 mi.) per stage. Juan Pujol of the Daily Informaciones instigated the race to increase his circulation. This month we bring your two beautiful Spanish wines to celebrate the vibrancy and verve of this beautiful country.
Conde de Valdemar Rioja Crianza - This Crianza is ruby red in color with ripe fruit aromas of plum and cherry. In the mouth, it has fresh raspberry integrated with spicy oak and vanilla flavors. 90% Tempranillo and 10% Mazuelo
Salneval Albariņo - Light straw in color, the nose of this Albariņo is seductive with honey, pear and tropical fruit and a slight mineral component. It is racy and zesty with citrus and floral flavors in the mouth, yet is round and soft at the same time. 100% Albariņo.

B Creative: Artist Open House featuring Meredith Wilcke
Saturday, September 6th 7:30 PM, music DJ OAM
Come out for a fun evening of local art and meet our featured artist, Meredith Wilcke. Falling madly in love with photography for the first time in 1997 when an old Canon A1 found its way into her hands (even though she had the film loaded improperly), photographer Meredith Wilcke was drawn to the ability the art form created to capture a moment forever frozen in time. This month and next, her beautiful images will be on display at B3.
Preview her photography on her website.

While chocolate and peanut butter are a duo every kid at heart loves, this month we're teaming up a taste-bud pleasing twosome that's a little bit more, shall we say, grown up ... hazelnut and caramel. If flavor combos can be sexy and sophisticated we think these two make a decadently darling couple. Bet ya they make you say Mmmmmmm.
Latte: Nutty Caramel -- Jittery Joe's Tour de Force espresso blended with your choice of milk, Monin hazelnut and caramel syrups and Ghirardelli chocolate sauce. (Served hot or over ice, caffeinated or decaffeinated).
Waffle: Choco Caramel Waffle -- Our fluffy, made to order Belgian waffle topped with Ghirardelli caramel sauce, Ghirardelli chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Maple syrup served on the side.
