Another reason this is one of our favorite times of the year: it's time to watch the Olympics! We will be broadcasting the events during the duration (2/7-2/23). Come on by and cheer on team USA with us!

February Beers: We Shouldn't Play Favorites, But...
Our favorite stout of all time is back and we couldn't be happier! Terrapin Brewing's Wake-n-Bake Coffee Oatmeal Imperial Stout. Oh, how we are in loooove with this beer. Black as night, this coffee stout is thick, rich and full of real coffee flavor. Brewed with a special blend of beans from all over the world developed and roasted specifically for Terrapin by our friends at Jittery Joe's Coffee in Athens, Georgia. This unique blend of coffee produces a robust and flavorful beer that will leave you asking why not beer for breakfast!  Wine: Hidden Crush
 This month's wine list is all about sharing your love of wine with the one you love. Want to make the sharing extra sweet? On Valentine's Day, if you buy 2 glasses of wine, we'll give you a dessert to share for FREE. Cos' we love you.
Apropos for the Valentine's Day session, this month we're pouring Hidden Crush Wines. The grapes used to craft Hidden Crush wines are hand-selected from individual lots on select vineyards. Each parcel is vinified separately to preserve its unique style, and every batch undergoes tank and barrel fermentation until it is aged to perfection in oak for six to nine months. Each bottle of Hidden Crush is sealed with a screw cap closure to protect wine quality and the delicate aromatics. Which of these Hidden Crush wines will YOU develop a crush on?
Chardonnay - Aromas of lime, lemon blossom, green apple, pineapple and white peach. Bright fruit flavors, rich viscosity, refreshing crisp acidity and lovely lingering flavors. Oh, baby!
Cabernet Sauvignon - Aromas of cherry and black currant with layers of cedar, spice, coconut and vanilla. A medium-bodied wine with bright fruit flavors of red berries and spices. We do love our wines "medium-bodied."

 B Creative: Artist Melissa Ludetke
This month is your last chance to see and purchase the beautiful and fun art from Melissa - don't miss out! Artist Bio: Melissa graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine with a degree in Fine Arts and Art Education. She started out painting in oils at Flagler College and that continued being her medium for years. During this time she was also teaching art full time at an Elementary school. After beginning a family, she was home for 7 years and her artwork changed to some painting but mainly ceramic work from her little studio.
 Her present work is in Encaustic, which is painting in layers of beeswax. The first time she encountered encaustic she immediately fell in love with the rich luminosity of the surface. Melissa was able to attend a weekend workshop two years ago with Patricia Seggebruch from Seattle. After that inspiring workshop she converted her studio to an encaustic painting studio. Her paintings have many layers of pigments, plaster, beeswax, fabric, paper, transfers, and pencil illustrations. When beginning a painting she doesn't have a plan in mind but a story always emerges from the many layers of wax and color. Retro themes and storybook whimsy lend to the richness of her encaustic paintings. Her paintings are changing over the years and her passion for finding new ways to create art is ever evolving.

Beer Tasting and Cycling Happy Hour

Seasonal SALAD: Spring mix, fresh oranges, dried cranberry, sunflower seeds, almonds and goat cheese. Mandarin ginger dressing served on the side.

Drink: Amaretto White Chocolate Latte: Jittery Joe's Tour de Force espresso blended with your choice of milk, Monin amaretto syrup, and Ghiradelli white chocolate sauce. These can be made caffeinated or decaffeinated, hot or over ice.
