Happy Holidays, B3 Buddies! This month, as you race about festively Fa-La-La-ing , remember that B3 is here to shower YOU with glad tidings (in the form of yummy sustenance). Our gift of the season? The gift of wings, in the form of our new signature B3 Latte Flights ... kinda like a wine flight, only deliciously designed to awesomely amp up your taste buds and get you going. December's 1-shot seasonal Latte Flight flavors: Peppermint Mocha, Raspberry White Chocolate, and Gingerbread.
Also: Almond milk. You want it? You got it! Happy to oblige! Almond milk is now available at the café.

December: Seasonal Celebration
Some beers are so good, they're a gift. This season, we say Ho-Ho-Ho to you with two beers that are sure to put the happy in your holidays.
Lagunitas Brewing: A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale - Sneaky smooth with a touch of what we call wheaty-esque-ish-ness = crispy wheat and pale malt flavors with a big round and juicy hop finish. Cos' everyone needs a little sumpin' sumpin' sometimes. ABV: 7.5%
Great Divide: YETI Imperial Stout - Brace yourself for an onslaught of the senses. This brew starts with big, roasty malt flavor that gives way to rich caramel and toffee notes. YETI gets its bold hop character from an enormous quantity of American hops. It weighs in at a hefty 75 IBUs. Packing a solid 9.5% ABV. Translation: don't have too many, or you might think you're a YETI! |

Wine: Red Like Rudolph
This month our wine list is red and lights the night up like Rudolph's nose. So raise a toast to these tasty pours of holiday cheer.
Andrew Lane Merlot '09, Sonoma, California - This Merlot vineyard is perched atop the lap of luxury in Windsor, California with one foot in Chalk Hill and the other in Russian River AVA. This 2009 vintage is a rich, deep purple with layers of dark fruit and new French oak. Balanced and well-structured with mild tannins. You can find amazing value in Merlot these days - this wine is a good example. Drinks like a Napa Cab.
Maipe Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendoza, Argentina - The fruit for this wine is sourced from the Central California Coast. It offers cedar on the nose followed by lush berry on the palate. The polished yet vibrant tannins provide for a full-bodied structure.
Bliss School House Red, Mendocino, California - This wine combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Merlot as in previous blends but adds Syrah for more depth and complexity. It has a nose of dark berries, followed by a rich mouth feel bursting with fruit; the finish is long with good structure.

This month's Seasonal Salad, Sandwich and Soup:
Seasonal salad! Fresh spring mix greens topped with crisp sliced  green apples, dried cranberries, granola and feta cheese. Balsamic dressing served on the side.
Seasonal sandwich! Pumpernickel rye bread topped with cream cheese, chives, sundried tomatoes, black olives and sunflower seeds and then hot pressed. It's melty, warm deliciousness.
New seasonal soup! Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Bisque - Smooth red bell pepper puree is simmered with mirepoix vegetables and fire-roasted tomatoes in a rich vegetarian broth highlighted with smoky chipotle and sweet cream.. |

 B Nice: Cat Protection Society's
9th Annual Food Drive
The Cat Protection Society is a no-kill shelter that provides a safe place for abandoned, homeless and stray cats. They provide a safe haven for innocent and sweet cat victims until they can find them the purrfect forever home through their adoption services. No cat is ever euthanized due to lack of space or it being unadoptable. Please bring in cans of wet cat food to support their holiday food drive. For more information visit their website. |

Adults and kids alike are merrily encouraged to decorate bikes and join us for a fun, family-friendly bike ride around the neighborhood to see the holiday lights.
