This report came to us from Earth Train! We are delighted to be part of their effort to teach swim lessons in Panama.

"In the warm, late-afternoon sun in the Mamoni Valley, Earth Train staff, volunteers, and children from San José de Madroño had their first dip in Earth Train's recently finished regulation-size swimming pool.

The party was a blast, and we'd like to thank everyone who made it possible. Our deepest gratitude goes to the Hubbard Family Swim School, whose generous donation made this pool a reality."

Congratulations to Anna Mann and Jack Anger on their engagement!! 

Jack has worked 6 summers (since 2009) at camp, the last 3 years as a camp director, and 2 years while in college at the swim school. He teaches 1st grade at Biltmore Prep Academy in the Creighton District.

Anna has worked since 2007 at the swim school, and at camp her first 3 summers. She teachers 3rd grade in the Washington School District during the year, and works at the swim school in the summers.

"We met in summer of 2009 at PSC Hubbard sports camp. Anna was deck supervisor and Jack was a counselor. " 

Hubbard Swim School locations will close Monday, Sept 1st for Labor Day.

Accounts will be pro-rated in the September direct debit.
