'Women Betrayed' Rally Tuesday at Planned Parenthood BR
Demonstrators Will Call for Investigation, Defunding of Planned Parenthood
BATON ROUGE - Louisiana Students for Life, members of the Louisiana Right to Life team and others from around the Baton Rouge area will participate in a "Women Betrayed" Rally outside Planned Parenthood facility at 3955 Government St., Baton Rouge, from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
 The Baton Rouge rally is one of 55 being held Tuesday across the United States. Students for Life of America launched #WomenBetrayed following the release of videos about Planned Parenthood's involvement in selling the organs and body parts of babies aborted in their facilities. The rallies will be held nationwide to expose Planned Parenthood's abortion business, encourage state and federal officials to investigate the practices of Planned Parenthood, and to call for an end to tax-funding of the abortion giant.
Included in the list of participants are Deanna Wallace, legislative director for Louisiana Right to Life; Dr. Kathy Allen, state director for Louisiana Black Advocates for Life; Cindy Collins with Louisiana Abortion Recovery Alliance; and Cisco Gonzales and Kandace Landreneau with Louisiana Students for Life. They will be available at the site for interviews before and after the rally.
