Integration Showcase
The spotlight is on E-Verify
E-Verify is used to confirm that a potential employee is authorized to work in the United States. Some states require the use of E-Verify while others leave it to the employer's discretion. Does your state require E-Verify? Click here for a map. 

The Internet-based system compares the I-9 (the I-9 eDoc is necessary) to the records of several government agencies, including: Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Social Security Administration (SSA), and Department of State (DOS).

The integration makes it fast and easy to create cases without leaving Avionté. The E-Verify integration is provided for a low monthly fee.

0-9 users = $25/month
10-30 users = $50/ month
31-100 users = $75/month
101 or greater users = $100/month

Tip of the Week
Shortcuts and Hot Keys
Avionté uses some helpful shortcuts that can make life easier for you.


Shortcuts
Any Action menu item can be set as a Shortcut button. The Shortcut buttons are easy to customize, simply navigate to your Start Page, right-click over the Shortcut button and select a 
different shortcut from the list.





Ctrl Keys
The keyboard command Ctrl L will open the Admin Tools ( for those who have permissions).

The keyboard command Ctrl R can be used in place of the Actions menu > Refresh.



Hot Keys
Your list of Hot Keys can be set as a vertical panel for quick reference. The F keys act as jump keys. If you don't see the Hot Key list in your vertical panel, simply right-click over one of your existing vertical panels and select Hot Keys from the list. Your Hot Keys will now be visible.

The Processed Transaction AQ gives detailed information of all processed transactions.

Parameters

Why is this report so awesome?
This report shows a comprehensive view of all processed transactions during a specific time period. Like with all of our advanced queries, you can simply get rid of any of the data columns that you do not want to include in your final report, and export it to Excel for further formatting and manipulation.
