Our support team will be having a "Dark Day" on Friday, October 14th.
What does this mean?
As you may know, Avionté is heading into our busy season with 4th quarter-end, year-end, and ACA filings approaching. To prepare for this time, we will be pulling additional resources to assist with answering your phone calls so support can stay focused, with limited interruptions, on working down our existing backlog of open support items.
Overall, when working with support during our "Dark Day" we do need your help. If/when something is business critical only, please call our support line and speak with an agent. If/when something is not business critical, please leverage the support center Knowledge Base. If you are unable to address your issue or inquiry through the Knowledge Base, feel free to create a ticket and it will be addressed through our FIFO queue. Thank you! IMPORTANT NOTICE: Windows 10 Users
|
A bug with Microsoft Remote Desktop Gateway was introduced by Microsoft in the Anniversary update for Windows 10 and it appears to only affect the 32-bit version of Windows.
The connecting user will see the following error message: "Your computer can't connect to the Remote Desktop Gateway server. Contact your network administrator for assistance."
Microsoft has not yet released a fix for this issue. To work around the issue, login to Avionté by launching Remote Desktop Connection and entering the following address:
<company code>.aviontego.com
For example, if your Company Code is 'xyz', then you would use the following address to connect:
xyz.aviontego.com
If you don't know your Company Code, please reach out to your Client Manager for assistance.

ACA: Setup and Tracking
This webinar is an in-depth training on setting up your Avionté system for ACA features and tracking eligibility and offers of coverage ongoing. Searching Articles within the Knowledge base
Most Avionte users have been introduced to our fabulous Knowledge base over the past year. If you haven't, you may want to view this recorded webinar and see some of what you've been missing.
At the Support Center Home screen you can type a keyword or select from a number of Categories to begin your search for helpful Knowledge base articles. Select the article that looks most promising.Once you have selected an article, especially an article with a lot of content, you can perform a search within the article by selecting Ctrl F from your keyboard. This brings up an additional search function enabling you to search within the open article. Type a keyword and press Enter. If the keyword exists within the article it will be highlighted for you. Use the up and down arrows next to your keyword field to move between the uses of the keyword.

Web Time AQ
The web Time AQ lists time entered by employees online and rejection reasons when applicable.
Parameters Branch (Transaction), Start Date (Weekend Date), End Date (Weekend Date), Customer Name, Assignment ID Results Fields Staffing Company, Branch Name, Employee ID, Employee Name, Customer Name, Department Name, Submitted Date, Submitted Time, Approved Date, Approved Time, Approved By, Imported Date, Rejected By, Rejected Date, Week End Date, Transaction Type, Assignment ID, Date Worked, Day Label, Start Time, Break In, Break Out, End Time, Date Time Entered, Bill Unit, Pay Unit, Time Entry Batch ID, Rejection Reason 1, Rejection Reason 2, Rejection Reason 3 Who would use this report? Front Office, Back Office Why is this report so awesome? This report is a great resource for cross checking an employee's entered time.
