What does this mean?
As you may know, Avionté is heading into our busy season with 4th quarter-end, year-end, and ACA filings approaching. To prepare for this time, we will be pulling additional resources to assist with answering your phone calls so support can stay focused, with limited interruptions, on working down our existing backlog of open support items. Overall, when working with support during our "Dark Day" we do need your help. If/when something is business critical only, please call our support line and speak with an agent. If/when something is not business critical, please leverage the support center Knowledge Base. If you are unable to address your issue or inquiry through the Knowledge Base, feel free to create a ticket and it will be addressed through our FIFO queue.

Master Order
A Master Order is valuable for repetitive or common orders. It is a particular status used strictly for copying purposes, and will not actually be filled nor counted toward job order metrics. Copying a master order saves time and is generally used during high volume order processing.
Create a ChoiceCode
- Click on your Admin Tools link.
- Choose System from the left panel and Config Choice from the right panel.
- Select the Detail tab.
- Within the Config Choice window, select Add New.
 - Select the appropriate category Order_TempStatus.
- Label the Choice Code as Master Order and make it visible to appropriate branches.
 - Click Save. You have created a new Choice Code.
Set the Choice Properties
- Select the Choice Property tab at the top right.
- Select Order_TempStatus from the Category drop down list.
- Select a Branch.
- Click the Apply changes to all Branches check box.
 - In your Properties section filter the ChoiceCode column by Master Order.
- Place your cursor in the first column to the right of ChoiceCode.
- Change the text to False.
- Tab through the remaining columns setting those listed below to False.

A prompt allowing you to apply the changes appears each time you tab. Select Yes for each column.

Comprehensive Order AQ
The Comprehensive Order AQ shows a comprehensive list of information associated with an Order.
Parameters Customer Name, Order Type, Branch (Order), Order Status, Start Date (Date Entered), End Date (Date Entered) Results Fields Order ID, Order Date Entered, Customer Name, Department Name, Department Address, Order Type, Order Status, Job Title, Position Description, Branch, WC Code, Reg Pay Rate, Reg Bill Rate, OT Pay Rate, OT Bill Rate, DT Pay Rate, DT Bill Rate, Salary Pay Rate, Salary Bill Rate, Mark Up, Pay Period, OT Plan, Start Date, End Date, Required, Placed, Fill Ratio, Fill Ratio Percent, Fill Rate (Hours), Is Posted to Web, Shift Name, Worksite Address, Referral Source, Referral Detail, PO Number, Record Origin, Record Type, Discount, (Dynamic Population of Candidate Status Counts) Mapping Order > Detail, Order > Candidates, Order > Schedule Grid, etc. Who would use this report? Management, Front Office, Back Office Why is this report so awesome? This report offers a very detailed summary of Order information and also includes some fill ratio and fill rate information to help you determine your business' efficiency. Like with all of our advanced queries, you can move, delete and filter columns to essentially build your own report, as well as export it to Excel for further formatting and manipulation.
