To ensure that your experience with Avionté is the best it can be, we are implementing a customer satisfaction survey through the Avionté Support Center. When a ticket has been closed for 24 hours, either by you or Avionté, a one question survey will be emailed to you - giving you the opportunity to tell us whether or not you were satisfied with your service.
- A survey is sent to the requester of every Support Center ticket 24 hours after closing.
- The survey simply asks you to answer either, "Good, I'm satisfied" or "Bad, I'm unsatisfied" and provide a free text comment if you wish.
- If "Bad, I'm unsatisfied" is selected, you will be asked to select one of the following reasons so that we can capture more detail.
- The ticket was not resolved
- The ticket took too long to resolve
- The agent took too long to respond
- The agent's knowledge is unsatisfactory
- The agent's professionalism is unsatisfactory

Year End Checklist
Plan ahead to avoid some of the challenges that come with year-end. If you need assistance with any of the following tasks, search the Avionté Knowledge Base, we've added additional content around year end, or create a Support Center ticket.
FUTA Tax
According to ADP the federal government has made changes in 2016 regarding your FUTA tax. Currently, if you did business in OH or CT, you were charged an additional tax for FUTA. As it stands currently, both states have paid off this debt and will not have to pay that additional tax anymore. This may change if the State has to borrow from the federal government again. See attached.
SUI Rates
Review and update your 2017 SUI rates and start/end dates. Because you have the ability to create end dates for the previous data and start dates for the new data there is no need to wait. You can get the SUI updates added as soon as the new data becomes available!
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Tax tab > Tax Rate.
- Select the Add New button. Best Practice is creating a new tax rate, this keeps your previous data intact, so that it can be filtered later. Title the tax and add a start and end date. Update the end date of the earlier entry if necessary.
- Select the Save button to save your new entry.

Taxes Summary Lite
The Taxes Summary Lite report provides a brief tax summary by branch.
Parameters Branch, Date Type (Check Date, Accounting Period Date), Start Date, End Date, Show Local Taxes (True, False) Results Fields Tax Name, Gross Wages, Subject Wages, Taxable Wages, Tax Amount. Summary: Federal Income Tax, FICA EE, FICA ER, FUTA ER, MED EE, MED ER, GA WH, GA SUI ER, GA Administrative Assessment-SUI, Total Taxes, Total Gross Wages Who should use this report? Back Office personnel
Why is this report so awesome? This report makes it easy to get tax due amounts in a summary form and helps to cross check billing totals.
